Pennymac will update Government LLPAs effective for all Best Efforts Commitments taken on or after Thursday, July 10, 2025 as follows:
- Updating values for the ‘Occupancy Adjustments’ LLPA Grid on the ‘Jumbo LLPAs’ tab.
