Pennymac will update Non-QM LLPAs effective for all Best Efforts Commitments taken on or after Friday, August 28, 2026 as follows:
- Improving values in the “Alt Doc - Risk Based Price Adjustments” grid in the ‘Non-QM A-series’ tabs.
- Updating the UPB values in the “LLPAs by Product Feature” grid on the ‘Non-QM A-series’ tabs.
