26-105: Updates to Conventional LLPAs

Pennymac will update Conventional LLPAs effective for all Best Efforts Commitments taken on or after Wednesday, September 2, 2026 as follows:

• Updating values on the “Primary Residence Additional LLPAs” grid on the ‘Conv LLPAs’ tab.
• Improving Investment and Second Home values on the “Additional LLPAs by Occupancy Type” grid on the ‘Conv LLPAs’ tab.
