Pennymac will update Conventional and Government LLPAs effective for all Best Efforts Commitments taken on or after Wednesday, September 30, 2026 as follows:
- Updating the “Risk Based Price Adjustments” grid on the ‘Conv LLPAs’ tab
- Updating values in the “Government FICO Price Adjustments” grid on the ‘Govt LLPAs’ tab
