Pennymac will overhaul Non-QM LLPAs effective for all Best Efforts Commitments taken on or after Friday, April 3, 2026 as follows:
- Updating values in the “Risk Based Price Adjustments” (Full Doc & Alt Doc), “LLPAs by Product Feature”, and “Prepay Penalty Price Adjustments” grids on the ‘Non-QM A+/A/A-‘ tabs
