Pennymac will update Conventional and Government LLPAs effective for all Best Efforts Commitments taken on or after Monday, June 8, 2026 as follows:
- Updating values in the “LLPAs by Product Feature for All Eligible Loans“ grid on the ‘Conv LLPAs’ tab
- Improving values in the “Government FICO Price Adjustments” grid on the ‘Govt LLPAs’ tab
