Pennymac will update Conventional LLPAs effective for all Best Efforts Commitments taken on or after Monday, May 19, 2025 as follows:
- Update values on the ‘Fannie Mae Only Adjustments’ LLPA Grid.
- Update values on the ‘Freddie Mac Only Adjustments’ LLPA Grid.
